Delivery Information

ACC ship products using Australia Post. We prefer to ship using registered mail. This means that a package is allocated a value and that Australia Post will guarantee it for that value. It also means that when sent a sender will have to sign the package over to Australia Post, and upon arrival at your nominated address, the recipient will have to sign for the package. If the recipient is not present, a calling card will be left with instructions for the package to be collected from your nearest Australia Post office. Photo identification may be required to collect the package. ACC always sends an email upon shipping an item, and this email will include an estimated time of arrival so that you can attempt to be present when the package is delivered.

Average delivery time of uniforms ordered at this website is 2-3 weeks. Sometimes unforseen circumstances out of control of ACC may delay this delivery time. If major delays are expected to impact the delivery of your uniforms by longer than two weeks, we will attempt to contact you and alert you of the delay.
